"The people are very friendly, the food is delicious and the view is beautiful. The room was very neat and the heater in the room and electric heating blanket is perfect for the cold next to the river. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will definitely visit again."

"Friday looked after us very well, even though we arrived late. The kitchen stayed longer than usual so we could have a hot meal when we arrived - much appreciated. There was no soap in the bathroom, but other than that, our cottage was great. Perfect for a family or friends traveling together. And the food was great!"

"We loved everything except the room, did not like the room at all1. Too dark2. Too hot3. In a dungeon 4. Bugs everywhereA pity the room was doggy as we really loved it. Will recommend it and come again but not in that room. Not suitable for families, children were scared."

"We stayed in the self catering unit right on the river. It is a very comfortable unit with a beautiful deck and braai right on the river. The only negative thing is that the bedrooms do not have adequate lighting making it impossible to read in bed."
