Overview
Vukuthu Self-Catering Cottage is a thatched cottage on a smallholding located 7 km from Kokstad. The rustic and beautiful surroundings overlook a dam. The Cottage has three bedrooms which each offer two single beds and features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a microwave and a fridge. There is also a lounge with two heated wall panels, a dining room, a semi-enclosed verandah with a boma-type braai area, undercover parking and tea and coffee facilities with homemade rusks. Vukuthu cottage is suitable for a family.Fishing trips can be arranged for guests and activities such as tennis, bowls, golf and a gym are a mere 10 minutes away.

"It was just perfect for our overnight stay. Delicious rusks, tea and milk after a long drive through the Transkei. Cottage was warm & inviting with wood for a fire and beds were very comfortable. Hot shower. Cottage was beautifully appointed & spacious. We were comfortable. Highly recommended."

"Comfortable and relaxing location far enough away from Kokstad, but close enough to get supplies where needed. Awesome view of the dam below. Very comfortable beds. En suite toilet rather tight even for small people."
