The Overlook is conveniently situated in the centre of the town of Keimoes on the hilltop and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in three thatched chalets and a family unit with lovely views of the vineyards of the Orange River Valley, and the Kalahari Desert in the distance.
Accommodation comprises 4 units and can accommodate twelve guests, each open-plan chalet can accommodate two guests, and comprises a kitchenette, an en-suite shower, and a verandah. The chalets are equipped with air-conditioning and a TV with selected DStv channels. The family unit features two bedrooms fitted with a double bed, three single beds and a bathroom and kitchenette.
Parking is available in a securely enclosed yard at the chalet. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool with a swim-up bar and deck, partially enclosed by a thatched lapa. Drinks are not served, but guests are welcome to bring their own. A shaded braai area is situated close to the chalets.
Breakfast is available at any time, and arrangements for lunch or dinner can be made at least 24 hours in advance. The chalets are equipped with kitchenettes, should guests prefer to cater for themselves.
Nearby facilities and activities include a bar, cycling trails, fishing, hiking trails, shopping and curios, various local tours, and a wine route.

"Nice pool.Our late booking hadn't come through properly (or rather the owner had missed it), so the first night we had to stay in the appartement in the house, certainly not as nice as the chalets, but still fine. No outside area, but we could dit at the poolside of course, which was great. Second bed in the appartement in the house is very bad. Old and not good enough for renting out to guests, we had to put the matress on the floor.."

"We were unfortunately for a very short stay at this beautiful place in Keimoes. We could have stayed another day or two. The swimming pool and braai area is beautiful and we did not even have time to explore it... The chalet is very nicely equipped with everything you might need, even filter coffee!
