"Beautiful relaxing"

"Fantastic spot, beautiful space in the forest, ideal for getting away from it all, but with all the luxury. We loved it and the kids also enjoy the little dog walking with us to the rock pools."
"Romantic breakaway"

"A wonderful quiet weekend! Beautiful scenery, tranquility and bird life (saw Knysna Loeries everyday) and we fell asleep with fire-flies circling our bed. The spiders we encountered surely nested that African feeling within, luckily there is a very clever spider-catcher! We hiked down to the river on a clearly marked path! The breakfast basket was a highlight with a fully equipped kitchenette. Overall a wonderful weekend with friendly staff! Highly recommended! Thank you!"
"Stay at tree house"

"Hi stay was ok . Will never come in the winter again. Was just to cold so was unejoyable . 1 room was freezing so nobody slept. As a result left as soon as everybody was up and that was in the dark. Summer might be better. Wind and rain was so cold and did not manage to work out bath as water got cold to quickly was only hot out Tam few seconds. Do nobody showered or bathed.*****************************************************HiWe regret that Sharon and her family left unsatisfied in that it was cold and there was a hot water situation in their tree-house. It was an extreme weather situation and we had no idea that they were unhappy. Had we known at the time we would have done everything possible to make it warmer and more satisfying. We can only hope that Sharon returns to Teniqua Treetops to leave with 100% satisfaction. It was such pleasure having Sharon and the family here and we really regret that they were not happy!Warren Lubbe(Manager for Teniqua Treetops)"

"The place itself needs a new redo, it looks tired and old, furniture, radio in kitchen, toilet also the bedding. We also had some small cochroaches crawling in the kitchen wich is unexceptable."

"We loved the bird life but also the privacy.Nothing to be changed or improved."
"Not for me"
28 May 2017
By Melanie Koen
"It is a very campy vibe for those who love camping. The only disappointment was that none of the outer doors lock and for us this was a concern as you are in the middle of nowhere and any stranger could just walk in. Zero security. That would be the one thing they could improve on. The rest is an adventure."
"Perfect peace"

"Loved every aspect of our tree house....beautiful views with stunning sunsets on both nights we were there. Comfortable bed with dual control electric blanket and mozzie net if required. We loved sitting on the balcony having a braai in the evenings. The huge bath was lovely. The shower was a bit temperamental as far as getting the water temperature right, but it is the bush after all and wasn't a big deal. Absolutely loved the approx 5.5km hike to the pools and back...reminded us of a cross between Lord of the Rings and the Jungle Book in terms of vegetation. The fairy area was a lovely surprise and the chairs well placed after the STEEP climb! Well worth the effort. The whole experience was everything I dreamed of in terms if staying in a forest. Thank you for providing such a special place for us to unwind and breathe. Highly recommended."

"Great place to unwind. Civilisation is only 20 minutes away if the quiet becomes too loud."
