Tanglewood Studio is a small, beautifully decorated self-catering unit suitable for two people. The unit is set on a hill in the greenbelt valley of Morgan Bay.
The cosy bedsitter has a fully contained, small kitchenette with a one-plate stove, a small oven, a kettle and an under-counter fridge, as well as all cutlery and crockery needed. The room leads onto a small balcony with a braai and a corner seat from which you can enjoy the view. Please note that the rates are subject to the length of the stay, hence we advise guests to request the appropriate tariffs.
The cottage is reached by stairs from the main road and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The cottage has views of the valley and is only a two-minute drive from Morgan Bay Beach.

"Despite the clear directions I managed not to find the Studio at first as you need to turn off the road into Morgan Bay at the top of the hill as you approach it. Once there it was snug and comfortable, surrounded by trees which hinder the view when you sit on the peaceful balcony, but still allowed me to watch Fish Eagles, Kite, Hornbill and sunbirds among others, and beautiful butterflies, plus being woken one morning by monkeys. There are about 20 steep steps down from the road which could be difficult if you have a back or walking problem otherwise they are not an issue I found it tranquil and relaxing, and Tersia was most helpful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Tanglewood Studio. Its a very quaint, cozy spot - ideal for a couple wishing to get away from it all. Its beautifully decorated with lovely objects which add to the warm feeling you get when you first walk through the door. The kitchen is well organized with a stove and fridge - and we had a lovely braai in the braai spot just outside the studio front door. The mozzie net came in very handy at night - and the little balcony is an ideal spot to have a coffee or a meal in the late afternoon. I can really only make one sugggestion as that is for a curtain/divider just to give one a little more privacy when you on the loo - but otherwise its a gorgeous spot to which we hope to return soon.
