Phantom Acres is located in an amphitheatre formed by the back of Table Mountain, the Twelve Apostles and the Constantiaberg mountains. Facing north, it captures the sunshine and has lovely views.
The large swimming pool is on the doorstep while the garden has many shady trees to relax under with a book. The house comprises three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and comfortable twin beds. There is a large upstairs lounge opening onto the sun deck with uninterrupted forest views.
The well-appointed yellowwood kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave,is downstairs with easy access to outdoor living areas. An indoor braai doubles as a cosy winter fireplace in the enclosed dining patio off the kitchen. Large sliding doors open out to the pool area.
The Orangekloof Cottage is ideal for smaller families and is open-plan. It has a queen-size bed, large double bunk beds, a kitchenette and a cosy lounge. The view from here is breathtaking.Honeymoon couples will enjoy the Yellowwood Cabin, which is tucked away in the trees. It has a secluded deck and a glass-roof bedroom.
We have steps leading to all our units.
Enjoy easy access to Hout Bay and Llundudno beaches, as well as the V & A Waterfront. The Constantia Wine Route is on the doorstep and Hout Bay Village has a supermarket and its own fishing harbour with many restaurants to choose from.

"My weekend was awesome at phantom acres its so peaceful.. Surrounded by nature was so tranquil. Just what I needed the cabin was fully equipped to make the stay much more comfortable and convenient. The cabin was well kept regarding cleanliness, the owners were so friendly and helpful. Therefore I would rate 5 stars! Definitely looking to go again."

"We stayed for a week in Yellowwood Cabin. A cosy cottage hidden in the trees. Living area with bunk bed, open plan kitchen and bedroom with a view (and no curtains!). Lovely little veranda for breakfast.Location is closer to Constantia Nek than Houtbaai.Value for money, do not expect more than you bargained for."
