"The house in general was clean, I feel that the kitchen (if used) could've been improved.Overall a good, peaceful and relaxing experience."

"I booked a stay at La Loggia and accepted the rates based on the description provided, photos supplied, and guest comments. We arrived at La Loggia 15 minutes early, only to be told that they were full "but don't worry, we'll accommodate you at the other La Loggia"We weren't in a position to find alternative accommodation as we had to get changed for a friend's wedding 90 minutes later. The other La Loggia, a very ordinary converted house with no branding, was about 1.5 km down a couple of side streets. What we got was certainly not what I booked.I'll not elaborate on the substandard accommodation and leaky shower door, etc, but suffice it to say that this sort of misrepresentation should not be allowed. By the way don't waste a good appetite on the horrible breakfast. And, if you're lucky, the card machine might work after you've waited 30 minutes for Ingrid to arrive in order to pay your bill before you tackle the 700 km trip home. This was a one night stay I'd rather forget."
