Kliphuis

Kliphuis is located in the heart of the great Karoo under the Sneeuberg Mountain Range and on a remote nature reserve.

The lovely Kliphuis has four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, two rooms have king-size beds and the fourth room has two single beds. We provide electric blankets for those chilly nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove, an oven, cooking utensils and a Dover stove. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. The lounge has a cosy log fireplace and guests can relax on the patio while watching the stars or just enjoying the view of the veld.

The old stone floors and thick farmhouse walls mean that the interiors stay cool in summer and the sheepskin rugs, big fireplace and three wood-burning stoves found throughout the house mean the whole house is kept warm in winter.

Guests can go on game drives, take long walks or just relax and read a good book while enjoying the scenery and tranquil atmosphere of Kliphuis.
