"Very nice people but dirty mold infested dusty place to live"

By Nevaid Nyagwande
"The bathrooms are extremely moldy. They really have a nice place but the workers dont strung the titles despite telling them there was so much mold. The floors are mopped instead of scrubbed and there is so much dirt and mold between the tiles. The carpets are extremely dirty and old. I mosh they could just put wood or tiles. The dinning room is dusty and carpet old and gross but the breakfast was good. I dont know how the kitchen looked. I wish they can commit the resources to put tiles or wood in their dinning room. Resources to clean up that dusty dinning room. The outside looks dusty , old and horrible. Coming from the USA I ended up with a cough and voice gone from dusty allergy. The place could be reAlly enjoyable was it clean."

"The room served its purpose as it was after a wedding just to rest . The room door could not close and that needs to be repaired(last room on balcony-green)"
"Decent for One Night"

"We stayed over at Kenjara while attending a wedding in the area. Our family room with a loft was comfortable and quite spacious, but the loft was cramped with 2 single beds. I am glad we were only 3 people, as having an extra person in the loft would have been a squish. There were so many mosquitoes buzzing around the room that none of us slept well at all. It would have been helpful if the room contained plug-in mosquito mats to disperse the creatures. The staff were very difficult to find when we were checking in and checking out, and the server at breakfast didn't inform us correctly of what the English breakfast included.Overall, what bothered us most was the mosquitoes."

"Place to relax"
15 Sep 2014
By Alicia, South Africa
"Relax, that was one word we heard a lot, they make you feel really welcome and relaxed, everyone told us to not stress about anything (Check-out time, the bill, dinner or breakfast). We got discounted entrance to the Rhino and Lion nature reserve through them, had lovely dinner as well as breakfast. Our room was nice, neat and clean. We ordered Champagne in the room, the only disappointment was that we only enquired about the chocolate platter for R110, which they went ahead and put and charged us for a biltong and chocolate platter for R210. We enjoyed the platter but was a bit confused, and then received the shock on the bill afterwards. The platter was also way overpriced as the contents couldn't have been more than R100 worth. I will stay with them again but not order anything in the room."

"It was a bit of a shock to the system when we open the tap to shower and were sprayed with ice cold water. the shower head sprayed in every direction hitting me, the walls and the floor. There was no TV in the room and although I didn't need one it was advertised. The food and the service was great! They need to advertise in there brochure that the restraint is a sports bar."
