"Friendly and welcoming staff and host, but I'll find somewhere else next time. Wall cracks, bathroom door falling off its hinges and other basic maintenance issues. No soap or shampoo supplied. Certainly not a luxury establishment, as advertised. Breakfast not up to standard - the advert on SafariNow claims "a wide variety of cereals and fruit as well as hot meals are available". Only apples were available, 3 cereals, a poorly cooked hot meal and the most-artificial-tasting juice I've ever tried. The advert on SafariNow also claims that each room has "a fridge that is stocked with cold drinks, fruit juice, energy drinks and snacks like chocolates and a tray with crisps and popcorn". There was an empty fridge in the room. I consider this to be false advertising. I made the accommodation decision based on the advertisement and this turned out to be false."
