Spoil yourself in our luxury log cabin on the water's edge, secluded in the Middlevlei Nature Reserve, just 10 minutes from Hermanus. Relax in your own private garden with barbecue facilities, or stroll along the quiet and unspoiled beach in an overwhelmingly beautiful setting of lake, sea, and mountains.

Take a gentle hike through the bush or along the lake edge to watch the birds, and perhaps catch sight of a flock of flamingos. Enjoy the ultimate romantic getaway, or have an ideal base for exploring the many things to do in the area. Cool off in the pool, play a game of tennis, and at the end of the day relish a little luxury in your fully-equipped home away from home with separate bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.

"The glorious sunset over the lagoon and mountains"

"Comfortable and clean. Lovely position with view from window and outside seating of lagoon and wave breaks in the distance. Very quiet and relaxing. Could be very different when resort full. We went out of season. Pleasant walk along the lagoon and plenty water birds. Will be back to take forest walk and explore more, time was limited."

"Ok - the price is (too) high, the rondawel clean and stylish, the kitchen basic. But the view... if you have your sundowner in the garden you can really enjoy a R1000 view - and you will come back."

"Our rondavel was luxurious, the enclave very quiet. Only a few properties were occupied. We really enjoyed the peace, the lagoon, the beach, crashing surf, dunes and lots of birds. No flamingos - the water level is seldom right for them, but there were wild horses. We visited Hermanus, Fernkloof NR and Harold Porter Garden from here. We could happily have stayed much longer."
