"Most horrific experence ever"

"One this establishment caters for "gentlemen" who has companions in the evening. I was not informed that this is how "things are run there". On check in the lady who works there made a point to loudly announcing "ahh you are the only woman here" - wow I felt like she was doing it on purpose. Attracted attention that was much unwanted. The room was below substandard, the TV has a bad resolution, remote did not work. No spoons in the room so you cannot stir your coffee. The shower does not work, bed side lamps is missing and no other lighting except for the small LED lights attached to the bed with not LED bulb in. Alternatively you have to keep the main room light on the whole night.Place is like a tram station, people moving around the whole night. And this I cannot believe is a place you would advertise"

Not at all.On our arrival, we were booked into acontractors roomwith noon suite facilities, let alone a kettle!!I queried this with the office personnel at the Watergat who moved us to a more suitable unit with an on suite facilityat extra cost(although theWatergatwas by no means fully booked!!)Sorry! I will not make use of your services again and never refer you to anyone."

"Very third rate accomodation. No adequate lighting in rooms. Scruffy bedding and towels. All felt grubby. Surprisingly they have capitalised on the setting of the bar and restuarnat which was quite pleasant."
