De Tuis Huiz Guesthouse

"We did not enjoy our stay, in fact we did not even stay at De Tuis Huiz.The room is located within the garage, and next to the servants quarters bathroom. You have no privacy, due to the fact that the room entrance is within the driveway.The toilet is dripping constantly even if you close the water connection.The fridge sounds like a compressor and you have to switch it off just to get some peace and quiet.The bed is definitely not a king size. No private entrances as stated on your website!!!!!No DSTV connection and the signal that there is for SABC is very poor.We were definitely misled by the images on your website. This "Happiness" room does not have any images on your website and we were completely dissatisfied. We would like our money back as we had to seek alternative accommodation that was hard to find due to the fact it was Aardklop in Potchefstroom.This was a very dissatisfied experience for us as we did not expect what we received from De Tuis Huiz, and it was very inconvenient to get other accommodation at 7:00 in the evening.Regards,Marissa Wolhuter"

"Die verblyf was baie aangenaam gewees. Die tariewe is bekostigbaar. Die plek is skoon en netjies en mooi om in te bly. Sal net ook koffie saam met die tee beskikbaar stel in die kamer. Dankie vir die heerlike yskoue water in die kamer. Die kamer was privaat en stil. Ontbyt was heerlik en genoeg. Sal beslis weer daar oornag en vir my vriende daarvan vertel.The accommodation was very lovely. The rates are affordable. The place is clean and nice to stay. Just need coffee with the tea available in the room. Thanks for the delicious cold water in the room. The room was private and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and ample. Will definitely there overnight and my friends tell."
