Crystal Rose Lodge

Crystal Rose Lodge is a wonderful family lodge with lush gardens where guests can relax and children can play. Three different room types are available and the lodge sleeps a total of 32 guests. There are 10 Double Rooms, where guests have the option of either a double or twin beds and the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers. There are also two Self-catering Units, which include a kitchen and living area. These rooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers. Finally, our Honeymoon Suite is ideal for couples celebrating a special occasion. This room features a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Each of the rooms also offers a small kitchenette for added convenience. In addition, the lodge features a homely dining area, while the restaurant is great for those not wishing to prepare meals themselves. The restaurant offers Sunday lunches, with some days being a buffet. There is also a bar area with a pool table where guests can enjoy an after dinner drink. Children are able to enjoy the large gardens, the play area and the petting zoo, which allows parents to relax knowing their children can entertain themselves. Nearby, Krugersdorp has a game reserve where guests can enjoy the sighting of small game. Lions are kept in an enclosure and can be viewed by visitors. The lions are fed once a week, which is a great sight. Alternatively, The Cradle of Humankind is just a short drive away and has dolomitic caves that hold an array of fossils.
