Blue Haze Country Lodge

The lovely Blue Haze Country Lodge offers comfortable bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation near Estcourt. The lodge has an inviting pool with lake views and guests can enjoy meals in the Squires Loft Restaurant or have a sundowner at the Pheasant Pluckers Pub.

Guests have a choice of staying in a Standard Suite, Deluxe Suite, Executive Suite, Premier Honeymoon Suites or in one of the self-catering Log Cabins, which is also available on a bed and breakfast basis. All suites and Log Cabins are equipped with TVs and tea and coffee facilities.

The Standard Suites are furnished with comfortable twin or double beds, while the Deluxe Suites are furnished with comfortable twin or king-size beds. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers only. Two of the Deluxe Suites are equipped for self-catering with a kitchenette and two others are ideal for a group or family of four.

The Executive Suites are furnished with twin or king-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms with spa baths and showers. Two of the Executive Suites can sleep four guests and have cosy fireplaces in the lofts. The Honeymoon Suites are furnished with lovely queen-size beds and are equipped with fireplaces. They enjoy lovely lake views and the en-suite bathrooms consist of spa baths and showers.

The self-catering Log Cabins can sleep between two and six guests. Two of the units have kitchenettes equipped with stoves, ovens, fridges, microwaves and cutlery. Heaters are also provided for extra comfort on the cold nights.

A variety of attractions and activities can be enjoyed. Blue Haze Country Lodge is situated within a short drive of the Natal Battlefields and the Midlands Meander. Guests can go horse riding, walking, go on a game drive, river rafting, fishing, golfing or do some water sports on the Wagendrift Dam.
