Sitting on the shores of the Knysna Lagoon, Belvidere Manor is a charming hotel with great service, landscaped grounds and super hospitality.There's a range of units on offer. Our first choice are the Lagoon Classic and Lagoon Deluxe cottages which have great views of the lagoon. The Garden Classic and Garden Deluxe cottages are set back from the water with views of the manicured gardens.
Being cottages, most units come with a small kitchen where you can prepare some eats, although the restaurants in nearby Kynsna are a plenty so you won't go hungry. There's also a delightful pub on the premises which serves up a hearty feast.

"Clean, tidy, well run and, most importantly, very quiet. We used Belvidere Manor as our base to travel to all the tourist hot-spots. We relished the serene tranquility and good food on our return every night. No barking dogs, alarms, traffic or other noises to upset our sleep. Brilliant!"
