"The receptionist manager Lebo to be exact was so horrible if I hadn't already paid I would have taken my bags and left...she had such a stinking attitude...playing music loudly on her laptop...I was made to wait with my heavy luggage while she attended to someone who came after me...when I requested about wifi before she with attitude "my name is Lebo" as I addressed her as sisi since well she didn't introduce herself when I go there...my bill inclided breakfast but did she tell me where its served hell NO...i smoke and when I asked where i can smoke I was told go outside and figure it out in the morning saw a sitting area with even an ashtrayshe ruined my stay but the staff in the morning did diffuse my disappointment they were nice and the room was comfortable"

"Place is very nice. The wifi wasn't working, but we were provided with data which was fine. The rooms were also serviced a bit late after we requested it to be done. Overall, beautiful place and friendly staff. Will definitely go back soon."

"Awesome place. Friendly staff. Only thing missing was air-conditioning in room. Had a small window in the room but wasn't sufficient for air flow so felt very stuffy and hot"
