"The place is clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly.....but facilities listed are unavailable except swimming pool. We were deeply disappointed because we drove all the way from Gauteng just to find only the pool working.We had dinner our first night, which we did not like. You are not given different options......"

"Bateleur is very beautiful and extremely cosy. The whole weekend was filled with great ambience and the staff were friendly with great stories to tell .we particularly enjoyed sitting around the bonfire with the staff and other guests. The romantic bush dinner was a real adventure. In closing we had a fantastic weekend ."
