Bandur Game Reserve

Bandur Game Reserve is situated in the heart of the Limpopo bushveld of South Africa. This is a vast and magnificent area, a place of extremes, from the mighty Soutpansberg in the south, to the lush Limpopo Valley in the north. A place where rhino roam and lions roar under a cloudless sky, a sky that at night scintillates with countless stars. When the sun sets it paints this rich, romantic land in a brilliant fiery glow unmatched anywhere.

In the tradition of old Africa, guests will be accommodated in rustic, en-suite, thatched lodges that sleep up to eight people. Other facilities include a large, open thatched dining area and an outdoor boma fireplace. A sparkling swimming pool, bar and recreational area with pool table are additional facilities available to our guests.

Bandur Game Reserve offers game drives in an open safari vehicle as well as game-viewing from hides and at waterholes. Other activities include visits to Mapungubwe World Heritage Site and National Park and Kruger National Park, visits to a crocodile farm, hiking trails, elephant-back safaris, visits to local villages, fishing, bird-watching, and photography.
