A New Dawn Guest House offers a Honeymoon Suite with an en-suite spa bath, three twin rooms, two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a two-bedroom flat with a lounge and bathroom. Meals are offered in our dining room on request. Our venue is available for special occasions and upon enquiry can be booked and arranged.Stilfontein is situated along the N12 Treasure Route and is situated 180 km south west of Johannesburg or 320 km north east of Kimberley. The area covers the central part of the North West Province which runs from Carletonville past Wolmaransstad to Bloemhof, where it enters the Northern Cape.Klerksdorp has a well-established airport where the biggest National Air shows are held. Klerksdorp offers a Casino, the Barnard Theater, Game Reserves, Lion farms, museums, heritage sites, cinemas, shopping centers, restaurants and sports and golfing clubs. This an old school establishment where you can escape from the pressures and stress of technology and just relax. Traditional boere melktert is also available on request.The new Matlosana Mall is open and is situated right next to Stilfontein.

"This was not our first visit to A New Dawn. As always, we were received with warmth and generosity.The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and on time - we move early in the morning. Koen and Ronell went more than the extra mile to accommodate our special needs. Their hospitality stretches beyond normal expectation of guest house custodians.A stay that I can freely recommend to anyone!Ria Mentz"

"We had a good stay, friendly people, especially Dolly. Breakfast: They should ask the guest how they would prefer their eggs and bacon done. Not just do it. We have not eaten our breakfast at all but was charged. Honeymoon suite: white sheets and towels would have been appreciated, no hand towels. The bedside lamps and fan was not operational at all, although we complained. These items should have been in working order.
The Spa bath should be sterilized, for hygiene purposes, it was shocking. Trust the above will be attended to."
