"This is an oasis in a derelict town. We nearly just drove on! Fortunately we decided to check it out first. We were greated by Jaco who is the jewel in the crown. What a delightful person and excellent self taught chef. Terry our host was most welcoming and generous, totally committed to the improvement of the town and shared much of its history with us.Thank you for a wonderfl stay.Don't miss this opportunity."

"It was our coldest day of all our stay in South Africa. But we got a very warm welcome, the rooms and even our beds were heated and we felt very welcome. When we had an emergency, there was no question, that we were driven to the next hospital (min. one hour drive) and our host stayed with us, until everything was set. Never in our life, we knew someone who felt so responsible for the wellbeeing of his guests. Thank you!"
