Against the majestic backdrop of the picturesque Soutpansberg Mountains lies Nyala Game Lodge.

Our lodge offers 9 twin rooms and two family rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Rooms are cool, comfortable and stylishly decorated in true African style with splendid views. Our guests can enjoy a swim or relax at the poolside soaking up the African sun while our staff caters to your every need. We have a beautiful open lapa and seating area and guests can also choose to have their dinner in the open-air boma.

We offer full catering in the form of breakfast, lunch and dinner, allowing guests to sample the delights of true South African hospitality and cuisine. You can also choose to self cater. We offer the use of the entire camp for families or small groups with total exclusivity if booked in advance. The camp can accommodate a maximum of 26 people.

Bird lovers can wake up in the morning to the chorus of hundreds of different bird species. Birdwatching here and around the waterhole is very popular and other activities include game walks, game drives, fishing and mountain climbing; game viewing includes a wide variety of animals like buffalo, giraffe, kudu, impala, nyala, zebra, and many more.

Nyala Lodge is less than five hours' drive from Johannesburg International Airport, making this bushveld paradise readily accessible to both local and international guests.
