Kia Ora is a Maori word literally meaning "be well" and is used as a greeting or toast. We look forward to welcoming you with a hearty "Kia Ora" in a place so special, you will not want to leave.
Your hosts, Willie and Annatjie developed Kia Ora Estate, 10 acres of pine forest and fynbos, into an exclusive retreat for those who prefer a tranquil and peaceful holiday stay.
The setting is only five minutes from wonderful beaches that provides amazing views of the ocean across the waves towards Mossel Bay.
It is also a romantic hide-away, popular with newly-weds, while brides-to-be love to prepare for their big day at Kia Ora. They enjoy the comforting home-from-home feeling, and the excellent photographic opportunities.
The boutique accommodation; four units only consist of two luxury en-suite rooms and two well-equipped studios, all on ground floor level .The rooms and studios sleep two persons each.

"We were a party of three that stayed for four nights, of which one was paralysed. Annatjie & Mart went of their way to accommodate our special needs by making the room more wheelchair friendly and accommodating the carer on a separate single bed. We were overwhelmed by their genuine interest and hospitality. Well done! "
