"Canefields looked good from the outside, and the staff were friendly. However, the accommodation was not up to standard. The room needs a complete makeover from bedding to carpets to fittings. All old, shabby, stained, broken. We had to work hard to stay positive."
"Beautiful old home in lovely garden - but needs work"
