What We Say
An African Villa is a guesthouse with a difference. From the street it looks like three Victorian terrace houses, but when you step inside it is as though the place stretches out in front of you. The ceilings are high, the rooms generous and the decor is tasteful.On offer are 13 en-suite rooms, of which five are platinum class, each with a full bathroom and balcony, two are gold class, each with a full bathroom, and there's silver and bronze class as well, all with king-size beds available and ample privacy.
There's also the library, lounge and a dining room where you'll feast on a full breakfast or next to the fire if it's cold.
An African Villa is in a quiet area within walking distance of the city centre and several local restaurants nearby. The house and staff have received many accolades for service and facilities, including a Tripadvisor Travellers Choice Award.
The owners' manage the house personally and are always on call to help, the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a tidy getaway in the Mother City. Enjoy!
